Open Question: I need Crested Gecko care info.?

Ive been doing some research of my own :D But I still want more info. so I can take care of my little guys when I get them. I live up in northern Illinois Ive heard u dont need a heat lamp if ur the temp. is 70-75,so basically during the summer I wouldnt need cause it gets to be about that temp. But during the winter I would need a heat lamp,because of the cold winter weather.But Im not sure how many watts to get & do I need a basking light. I also need to know whats their diet like-Ive heard they eat this powder u mix with water and they lap it up plus they eat crickets. & I know that some lizards drink still water & there are others that drink water.But only after you mist the cage,so it can drip off the rocks,walls etc. So I need to know which kind they drink Thanks for any info. in advance ^_^ Best answer will receive full points...
